Homemade coffee essential oil
Recipe for a natural homemade coffee essential oil.
If you know me, you certainly realised that naturalness is one of the most important things in my life. I also use only 100% natural products during my massages. A few weeks ago, I was talking with my personal trainer (who’s a chemist) about shaping, anti-cellulite massages and ultrasound fat reduction. He suggested me to use coffein or some kind of oil with coffein contain to improve the effect of this service. In the end, he gave me the key for the perfect way to make my homemade coffee essential oil, and I did it :
Coffee (high quality in ground form)
Alcohol( pure, like the 70% ethanol, what you can buy in a pharmacy)
Put the ground coffee into a jar.
Fill it with alcohol (it has to cover the top of the coffee).
Mix it well.
Put it into the fridge for 3 days.
After 3 days pour out to an almost flat bowl/plate through a filter paper. Put this plate to a warm and breezy place in your flat, and wait 3-4 days. After that smell it, and if you can’t feel the alcohol, it’s done!
+For your complete liquid you can use an empty (& clean!) vials which contained essential oils too.
Good luck, and have a great mix! 🙂
